Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are requested and paid for.
I reserve the right to decline any request that I am not comfortable with or that doesn’t fit my style or skills.
I may post the commissioned artwork on my social media and portfolio unless otherwise requested.This is a digital product only. No physical item will be shipped.
By sending payment, the client confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.PAYMENTS
Payment is required upfront before I begin working.
Prices are displayed in EUR €REVISIONS
Small revisions are allowed during the sketch phase (pose, facial expression, clothes, accessiories...).
Once the sketch is approved, only minor changes are possibles (color adjustments or small details) are possible.
Major changes after sketch approval will not be allowed or may result in an additional fee.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Completion time varies depending on complexity, but most artworks take around 3 to 7 days after the sketch approval.
If you need a commission by a specific date, please make sure to mention it.
The commission will be considered delivered once the final file has been sent via the agreed platform (VGen, email, google drive or messaging service).USE
You may repost your commissioned piece with proper credit to me (@Zefresh_Arts)
The artwork may not be edited, reposted without credit, used for AI or resold.
Commercial use such as merchandise, monetized content or promotional material requires purchasing commercial rights.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain full rights to the artwork and its creation process.
You may not claim the artwork as your own, remove watermarks, or use it for AI training or generation.REFUNDS
Due to the nature of digital custom work, refunds are not available once work has begun.
This includes any stage such as sketch, lineart, or coloring.
Refunds are only possible if I have not started working yet.
Once a sketch is sent, submited or delivered, no refunds can be issued.
If for any reason I am unable to complete the commission, you will receive a refund.COMMUNICATION
Please allow me few hours for responses.
I will keep you informed during the whole process and send updates at each major step (sketch,line,colors,background ...).AGREEMENT & DISPUTES
By purchasing a commission, the client agrees not to file a chargeback or dispute after receiving any part of the work (including sketches or final files).
Any attempt to do so will be contested with proof of work, communication, and delivery.Note : Please make sure to provide clear reference(s) images and instructions/ideas to help me.
