🌟 TERMS OF SERVICE 🌟By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms :1. General InformationsCommissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are discussed and purchased.
I reserve the right to decline any request that doesn’t fit my skills or comfort zone.
I may post commissioned work on my socials unless you requests otherwise.2. What I Will and Won’t Draw✅ Will draw : OCs, fanart, ships, anime-style characters, slightly ecchi content, character design, character reference sheet, short animation, comic page, emote/chibi (and more, as long as it fits my style/skills).
❌ Won’t draw : Mecha, realism/semi-realism, hateful or offensive content, or anything outside my ability/comfort.
(If unsure, feel free to ask before requesting !)3. Payment100% upfront via PayPal or Ko-fi.
Prices are listed in EUR (€).
Work will not begin until payment is received4. ProcessI’ll confirm your slot and request clear references/ideas.
Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on complexity (longer for multiple or highly detailed characters, or animation)
A sketch will be provided for approval. Minor revisions are allowed here (pose, outfit, etc.).
I’ll send updates throughout the process so you always know the status5. RevisionsUp to 2 free minor revisions during the sketch stage.
After lineart/coloring, only small tweaks (e.g., color adjustments) are possible.
Major changes after sketch approval are not included and may require an additional fee.6. Refunds & CancellationsA full refund is only possible if I haven’t started the sketch.
Once work has begun, refunds are not available.
I may cancel and refund at any time if I cannot complete the commission.7. Usage & CopyrightI retain all rights to the artwork. Do not claim, edit, or resell my work.
You may repost your commission with proper credit.
For commercial use (e.g., merch, monetized streams), additional fees will apply. Please discuss this with me beforehand.8. DeliveryFinished artwork will be delivered digitally (high-resolution PNG/JPG by default; PSD available upon request).
